Shipping and Delivery

If you're reading this, it means you are officially on team Kickit! In case we haven't said it already, welcome! We are honored to have you in our community. We have put together this guide to help answer order related questions.

Once our fulfillment team has picked, packed and shipped your order, you should receive an automatic email confirmation with the tracking link. Here you can click the link and monitor the status of your shipment.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order feel free to shoot us an email to support@kickit.net. Please include your order number so we can quickly track it down for you.

This is a question we are receiving most often these days. Due to COVID-19, our shipping timelines have been experiencing delays. US orders typically receive packages between 5-7 business days from ship date. International orders typically receive packages between 7-20 business days from ship date. 

We ship to 100+ countries. Here's a link to the full list. This list will continue to grow. If we do not currently ship to your country, please email us your country at support@kickit.net so we can learn which country we should ship to next!

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees.

Kickit holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.

Returns

What? You want to return your Kickit products? Okay, we won't take it personally. If you wish, you can exchange or return your order for store credit or a refund. Learn more below :)

When you placed your order there was a link to this information on checkout footer and there is also a link to this information on your order review page which you should be able to access from our order confirmation email, but here's the gist: All orders are eligible for returns if you notify us at support@kickit.net about returning it within 7 days of your package delivery date and the product(s) must be unused.

If your order is eligible, (click on the link above to learn if it is) we will send you a return label with the shipping address. You will then need to ship your order back to that return address following the instructions that will be provided.

Once your item has been received by our warehouse team and confirmed that there is no damage to the product(s) we will process your refund. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to populate back into your account. You will also receive automatic email notification once your refund has begun processing. If you do not receive this notification within 10 days of shipping your return, please email support@kickit.net to check on the status.

We deduct a flat $5 fee from your total cart amount for the return shipping and handling to help us process this expediently so you can get your money back quickly and get back to living your best life ASAP! Products must be unopened not damaged, and in original packaging. This policy is also linked on your order confirmation page.

If your order arrived broken:

Please send us an email to support@kickit.net with an image and your order number (#D-12345) so we can send you a replacement free of charge!

If your Kickit broke after kicking it:

Life happens! If your Kickit broke within 7 days of delivery we will send you a free replacement. If you are outside of the 7 day window, we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY: %50 OFF Replacement fee on all Kickits! To request either replacement, please send us an email with what happened, a picture, and your order number (#D-12345). We will help you get the issue fixed ASAP!
