What? You want to return your Kickit products? Okay, we won't take it personally. If you wish, you can exchange or return your order for store credit or a refund. You must notify us at support@kickit.net within 7 days of your purchase delivery and your product must be unused.
- Exchanges: Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse. All exchanges are free of charge. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Returns: A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse. We deduct a flat $5 fee for the return shipping and handling to help us process this expediently so you can get your money back quickly and get back to living your best life ASAP! Products must be unopened not damaged, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: We do not guarantee returns or exchanges on Apparel, Discounted or On Sale Items, Exclusives, or Subscriptions.
